“Hats off, that was done professionally!”
In football, they say “if you want a really good team, get a good goalkeeper!” Because you have to start with the basics – at the back, with defence – to organise a successful team that stands out. Adapting it to my start-up business, I would say “get a good marketing professional!” Because it’s no use having a solid knowledge base (or product/service), if you are unable to consciously make it available to customers from the very beginning, and thus build your own corporate identity, your own motto (brand), all in order to somehow distinguish yourself from your competitors, to be unique in something. The WEBBRANDING team created this corporate identity for our firm. It was not only their professionalism and all along humble attitude that characterised them, but also that kind of customer focus that made me feel they had a dream about my brand just as much as I did. And the icing on the cake is that afterwards – secretly – I asked feedback from a few of their competitors, and they all said unanimously: “hats off, that was done professionally!”
